I’m a Big Boy Now

Dalton came over to play yesterday.  Boy, does he get around.  I wish I had some better pictures, but unfortunately, I don’t.  He and Gabriel had a great time playing with the wipes.  Who needs toys?

Dalton and Gabriel

Dalton really inspired Gabriel with his skills.  While they were playing, Gabriel rolled over from his stomach to his back for the first time.  He did it twice!  And then he decided that he could sit up without using his hands to support himself.  So he had a momentous day, and all because of Dalton.  Thanks, Dalton!

Happy Half-Birthday Gabriel!

Happy Half-Birthday Gabriel!  Now that he’s six months old, we went on a wagon ride to the mailbox.  Gabriel thought is was a lot of fun.  We’ll have to do it again.

Wagon Ride

I took Noah to the doctor today because I thought he might have an ear infection.  He hasn’t been able to hear a thing anyone has said all weekend long.  The doctor gave us an antibiotic, hopefully it will help.  Noah was telling me after we got home why he couldn’t hear.  He says that a round, long thing that looks like an ostrich got in his ear and didn’t come out, and that’s why he can’t hear.  Interesting theory…

Yummy Rice Cereal

Well, Gabriel has officially started solids now.  It seems to be going really well.  He likes to eat off of the spoon.  Enjoy the pictures!

No More Diapers

Noah has been potty training for the past YEAR.  Our most recent plan of attack was to get rid of all his diapers, even for nighttime.  So far it’s gone great!  Of course, he has wet sheets every morning, but day time has been awesome.

Horns Baseball

Chris and Noah went to the UT baseball game last weekend.  They had a good time.  “Hook ‘Em Horns!”

Around the House

Here are some pictures we’ve taken around the house in the last couple of weeks.

Gabriel likes to sit in his walker, but his feet don’t reach the ground.  Noah just loves to sit and hold his brother.  It won’t be long before Gabriel is too big for him.

My BoysWalker Time

Noah loves to pretend that his Thomas the Train couch is a rocket ship.  Get ready for blast off!  How about that hair?

Playin' Around

Gabriel is learning how to sit up.  Here’s a picture of him kicked back and relaxing in the tub.
